Who answers when you write to us

One case specialist reads your file, builds it and replies to you. How email, the one call and the portal thread fit together, and what to send first.

The short answer is: your case specialist. Credentis Global works with candidates worldwide, and every file is owned by one named case specialist from the first fit check to the regulator’s decision. There is no call centre and no front desk passing messages to someone in the back.

That is a rule of the method. The case specialist who reads your degree against the regulator’s standard is the one who builds your file and drafts every reply to its queries. When you write, you reach the person who knows your file, and every answer is written down.

This post explains how that works at each point: before you are a client, on the one call, and once your file is open in the portal.

Before your file is open: email

While you are still deciding, write to us by email; it is the quickest way to reach us. There is no phone number on the site, on purpose.

A first message gets a much more useful reply if it carries four details:

  • Your degree, exactly as printed. A physiotherapy, lab science or social work degree: the name on the certificate decides which standard you are read against.
  • Where you have practised, and for how long. Experience letters go into every file, and knowing what you hold tells us what to request early.
  • Where you want to work. One country or several. Some registrations open a second country’s route.
  • Anything already filed. A past application or a regulator’s letter changes the plan, so send it with your message.

With those, our first reply can name your regulator and what it would need to see, instead of asking you questions you could have answered at the start.

The one call

There is one human step in the process, on purpose: a consultation on Zoom. We look at your actual documents together. You leave knowing what is strong, what is missing, and what it would take.

Everything else runs through the portal: checklists, document tracking, status, the stage your file is at. That is not to keep you at a distance. It is so that you can see and check the work yourself, at any hour, instead of waiting for the next call to find out where things stand.

Once your file is open: the portal thread

When we start, your file opens in the Credentis Global portal, and our conversation moves there. It is one message thread between you and your case specialist, and it sits next to your documents.

Why the thread lives beside the file

When you ask about your second experience letter, we can open it while we answer. When we ask for a page to be re-scanned, the request points at the slot it belongs to. The question and the document it is about are never in two different apps.

Notes on what changed

Uploads and changes to the file post themselves into the thread as brief notes. Over time that gives you one running record: what was sent, what was said, and when.

Requests

Some messages need more than a reply. Mark one as a request (a question, a document check, an update or a call back) and it is flagged open until we close it, so it cannot slip down the thread. It works in reverse too: anything extra we need from you turns up as a request inside the folder it belongs to.

Who answers the regulator

Regulators write to the applicant, and the applicant is you, in an account you hold. Pass the message to us through the portal; we prepare a draft that answers exactly what was asked; you read it and send it yourself.

This is where one owner for the file matters most. A query is usually about a detail: a date on a letter, the hours behind a module, a name spelt two ways. The answer depends on knowing why that detail looks the way it does, and your case specialist knows because they read it when the file was built. Every draft is checked against the regulator’s published standard before you see it.

So the person answering the regulator, in substance, is the same person answering you. The draft is written by someone who already knows your file, not by someone who has only just opened it.

What we will not answer

Owning a file means being clear about its edges. We will tell you what your regulator publishes, what your documents show and what the file needs. We will not tell you what a regulator or an immigration authority will decide, because they decide. For anything about your individual immigration circumstances, we will point you to a qualified adviser.

How to reach us

  • Before you are a client, write by email, with the four details above
  • Book the one call when you want your documents looked at
  • Once your file is open, write in the portal thread
  • Raise a request for anything that needs tracking
  • Share every regulator message with us in the portal as soon as it arrives

The Route Finder below names the regulator for your degree once you pick a profession and a country.

What we do

How Credentis Global helps

You trained. We file. The regulator decides. Here is what that means for your file.

  1. Your fit, read before anything is filed

we read your degree, transcripts and experience against the regulator’s published standard first, so you know where the file is strong and where it needs evidence.

  2. Every document, in the order the regulator reads it

Each item is checked against the regulator’s own list: names matched to your passport, hours in writing, copies certified by the person the list names.

  3. One portal, and a person who answers

Upload your documents, see every stage of the file and message us in one place. The person who replies is the specialist preparing your file.

  4. We prepare and file. The regulator decides.

Your application goes in from your own regulator account with every page prepared, and every query is drafted against the regulator’s exact question.

  5. One specialist owns your file

The specialist who reads your documents builds the file and answers the regulator’s queries. You always know who has it, and you pay the regulator directly.
