What you see in the Credentis Global portal
A tour of the portal from your side: the home screen, your file's five stages, folders and slots for documents, review by page, requests and one thread.

We built the portal around one idea: you should never have to message us to find out where your file stands. Everything we can see about your progress, you can see too.
This is a walk through it from your side, screen by screen, in the order you will meet them.
The home screen
When you log in, the first thing you see is a summary of your file, not a menu.
How ready your file is. One figure, as a percentage, at the top of the screen.
Today’s three things. The three most useful actions for you right now: a page to re-scan, a letter to request from your college, a slot that is still empty. Three, not thirty, so the next step is always obvious.
Who is waiting on whom. Whether the file is waiting on you, on us, or on someone outside, such as your employer or the regulator. This is the line that saves the most back-and-forth. If it says the file is waiting on you, you know what to do. If it says it is waiting on us, you know we owe you something.
Your file’s stages
Every file moves through the same five stages, in order, and the portal shows which one you are in.
- Fit check. You send your degree, transcripts and registration. We read them against the regulator’s published standard, and you learn whether the route is open.
- Documents. You request letters from your college and employers. We tell you what each letter must say, and the form each copy must take.
- Filed. You submit in your own regulator account and pay the regulator directly. We prepare every page you upload.
- Queries. You send each reply from your account. We draft every answer against the regulator’s exact question.
- Decision. You receive the regulator’s decision. We map the visa route that registration opens.
Each stage shows both halves: what is yours to do and what is ours. Your regulator’s own timeline comes with your route, not with the portal.
Documents: folders, slots and pages
This is where you will spend most of your time early on.
Folders
Your documents are grouped into folders you will recognise: identity, with your passport or national ID and photograph; education, with your degree, transcripts and syllabus; internship; work experience, with a sub-folder for each employer; English test; registration and good standing; and a folder for anything else. Adding a new employer adds a new sub-folder with its own slots.
Slots
Inside each folder, every document has a slot of its own, and your route’s checklist decides which slots are required. A slot shows:
- a sample of what the document looks like, drawn as an illustration
- a short list of what must be visible, such as all four corners, the seal and the signature
- whether it is required or optional
- its status
Pages
A slot holds as many pages as the document has. You can add pages from your phone’s camera, your gallery or a file, and put them in order before you submit the slot for review. You upload each document once. It stays in its slot, so you never need to send the same scan twice.
Review by page
Once you submit a slot, we review it page by page. If it is right, it is marked approved. If a page needs redoing, the slot shows which page and the reason. You replace that page only, in the same place, and the file never holds two versions of one document side by side.
Requests
Some documents are not on any default list: a name-change affidavit, a second letter from an employer, a translation. When we need one, we raise a request, and it appears as an empty slot in the right folder with a note of what it must contain.
Requests run the other way too. From our thread, you can raise a question, ask for a document check, ask for an update or ask for a call back. Every request carries a status, open until it is resolved, which takes the remembering off both of us.
The thread
There is one message thread, between you and your case specialist. It sits beside your file, so a question about a document and the document itself are never far apart.
The thread also logs events as they happen: an upload, an approval, a change of stage. Scroll back and you have the whole story of the file: what was sent, what was approved, what was asked, and what was said about it. The person who replies there is the case specialist preparing your file, and every answer is in writing.
What the portal does not do
The portal is where your file is prepared and tracked. It is not where your application is submitted. That happens in your own regulator account, and the regulator’s messages come to you there. You share them with us in the thread.
The portal does not hold your regulator fee, which you pay to the regulator directly. And it does not decide anything. The regulator decides.
Getting the most from it
- Check the home screen first: today’s three things are the shortest path forward
- Read each slot’s must-show list before you take the photo
- Put multi-page documents in order before you submit them
- Raise a request rather than burying a question in a long message
- Share every regulator message in the thread as soon as it arrives
The portal opens once your file does. To start with your route, choose your profession and country in the Route Finder below.
What we do
How Credentis Global helps
You trained. We file. The regulator decides. Here is what that means for your file.
Your fit, read before anything is filed
we read your degree, transcripts and experience against the regulator’s published standard first, so you know where the file is strong and where it needs evidence.
Every document, in the order the regulator reads it
Each item is checked against the regulator’s own list: names matched to your passport, hours in writing, copies certified by the person the list names.
One portal, and a person who answers
Upload your documents, see every stage of the file and message us in one place. The person who replies is the specialist preparing your file.
We prepare and file. The regulator decides.
Your application goes in from your own regulator account with every page prepared, and every query is drafted against the regulator’s exact question.
One specialist owns your file
The specialist who reads your documents builds the file and answers the regulator’s queries. You always know who has it, and you pay the regulator directly.
